Children's Ministry Lesson for December 21

Children's Ministry News

*THIS SUNDAY: On December 21, our Children's Ministry will help lead two songs from stage at the start of our gathering! If your child would like to participate, rehearsal will be held at 9:15am on December 21. Here are the links to the correct versions of the songs they'll help lead: Joy to the World and Oh Come All Ye Faithful. Kiddos will also lead the church in the passing of the peace with these words: "Because of the gospel, we have peace with Christ and peace with one another. Let's turn and greet each other in the peace of Christ."

For this Sunday, we will have classes for:
  • Gospel Tots - ages 1 - 2 Years Old
  • Gospel Tykes - ages 2 - 5 Years Old
  • Gospel Kids - K - 2nd Grade
  • Gospel Students - 3rd - 5th Grade
We use the Gospel Project for Kids curriculum for the Children's Ministry at GLC.  The Gospel Project for Kids is a Christ-centered ongoing weekly Bible study resource that looks at the big picture of God's story, the story of redemption through Jesus Christ. Each week, kids of all ages will follow a chronological timeline of Bible events while learning how each story points to the gospel of Jesus Christ.

And now for this week's lesson...

Big Picture Answer: We can glorify God by loving Him and obeying Him.
